Shipping

1. Standard Post

Delivery within Singapore (domestic/local)

All local orders will be fulfilled via courier service and charged at a flat fee of S$5.00.

Free delivery for orders above S$80.00, except during sale periods.

Orders will be processed within 7-14 working days from date of purchase.

A fulfilment email with tracking number will be sent once shipment has been made.

In the case of misinformation/wrong delivery details provided, a redelivery fee of S$6.50 will be charged. Pls inform us via email at hello@rangoonactive.com within 8 hours from time of your order in order to rectify and avoid incurring charge. 

All sale items are purchased in good faith. In the event that a sale item is not available (out of stock), the item value will be directly refunded to customer's account automatically. Should there be more than one item in that order, the rest of the order will be send out as per normal. 

International Shipping (to all other countries.)

Orders will be processed and shipped within 4-5 working days via

    - DHL WORLDWIDE

    • Shipment duration varies from country to country (ranges between 4-15days dependent on country).
    • For larger heavier orders your shipment may be broken up to reduce the shipping costs.
    • For bulk purchase/wholesale enquiries, kindly contact us direct at hello@rangoonactive.com .

    Should your order be returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, or if it is left unclaimed, the customer will have to pay for full postage cost of redelivery. To avoid any delays, please ensure that a representative is present at the specified delivery address during working hours to sign for your parcel. Please note that any taxes or customs fees in regards to your purchase as deemed by your country’s legal regulations are to be held responsible by the customer.

    2. Express Delivery (Domestic/Local)

    Express delivery is available at an additional shipping fee of range SGD10-20, depending on the size and weight of the parcel.

    Same day delivery is possible provided the order of purchase is made before 11.00am Singapore time, and specifically requested upon checkout.

    All express deliveries will be processed and couriered out by the next working day.

    All express orders will be delivered within 2 working days after the purchase date.

    3. Express Delivery (International)

    International express delivery is currently not available.

    We apologise but rest assured we are working on making International Express Delivery available very soon!

    *Note. There may be periods within the year where shipping may be delayed due to a temporary closure of the online delivery department. However, this will be notified to all existing customers prior and clearly communicated through all our medias (website and social media). Alternative options for self-pickup can be arranged.
