Returns & Exchanges

•  Service of pick-up and redelivery of Returns/Exchanges 

• is currently limited to and within the country of Singapore
• is FREE of charge provided the following conditions

- Merchandise must be returned/exchanged within 14 days.

- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.

- Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging. Items with make-up stains or evidence of having been worn, stretched, or soiled will not be accepted.

- Merchandise returned without the original tag, or a security tag, may result in a delayed refund/exchange or may not qualify for a refund/exchange.  

- Please Note: Shipping and handling charges which have already been incurred are not refundable. 

- Sale items & sale purchases are not eligible for further discounts/discount codes, and are final, non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

- First Time Buyers: Kindly note we do not allow returns/refunds for orders purchased using our Welcome discount for first time purchases. We will be happy to do an exchange if required. 

•   RANGOON monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse any Returns/Exchanges and/or close accounts based on order or returns behaviour.
